Returns / Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We strive to bring you the highest quality work so if there is an issue please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue. You can contact us either through email or social media if there is an issue. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged in some way or incorrectly customized due to our own error.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must request a return with 5 DAYS OF RECEPIT OF ORDER. A return is ineligible if the request is due to error of size, color, style or incorrect input of customization. PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL SPELLING AND FORMATTING YOUR MODEL MIGHT HAVE BEFORE PURCHASING. PLEASE CHECK ITEM DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING TO ENSURE YOU RECIEVE THE ITEM YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO AQUIRE. If there is something we can do to correct the issue we will work with you to make that possible. 

To start a return, you can contact us at trekatecture@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 48-30 Clearview Expressway, Bayside, NY 11364. Buyer is responsible return shipping. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
As all models are built custom for each order, exchanges for another model are not accepted. 

Refunds
Refunds are allowed, however we will need to be notified within 48 hours of purchase that you would like to cancel your order. As all models are built per order, especially that many can be customized a fast response is required for a cancellation. If you decide to cancel outside of the 48 hour window there is no guarantee we can accommodate a full refund as your order might already be in production. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
